Coining and embossing are two of ART Technologies' core stamping competencies. This process produces complex shapes held to very tight tolerances. ART Technologies' coining process eliminates subsequent turning and or grinding processes. ART Technologies has several coining presses; the largest is 800-tons. ART Technologies Progressive and Compound Die Coining:

ART Technologies achieves the coining of internal features to 90% edge bearing surface by using proper equipment and years of experience. There are several applications where an ID bearing wall is needed without the requirements of a complete Fine Blanked Part. This is where coining comes in. ART Technologies coining is a low cost alternative to fine blanking, for full wall bearing internal edges.
